This plan, for me, has more of an intention to control than straight-out weight loss program though, so we will see. Food: Broken up into three sections. Four days a week, I will be allowed one "regular" meal with the housemates, as well as one Slimfast shake and snacks not to exceed 300 calories. Two days a week I will only be allowed 2 Slimfast shakes and snacks not to exceed 300 calories. One day per week will be a 24-hour liquid fast - water, tea, iced tea, Diet Coke and possibly juice allowed, but nothing else. Water: According to the rules, up to 24 oz of your daily total may be zero-calorie decaffeinated beverage, such as tea. I will make an effort to fill my Nalgene with water daily and pay attention to how much I am drinking. Exercise: Walking to campus, biking, and doing exercises at home.
